The following reading list was compiled for the library of the school I’m working with now. The texts are picture books, YA novels, non-fiction, parenting books, graphic novels, etc. I am hopeful to see some of these texts being used by children, parents, teachers, in and outside classrooms, as part of instructional materials and to inform our knowledge and celebration of diversity.
